Choose the Right Attachment:

Power On and Adjust Speed:
Turn on your Cryotex Massage Gun and choose your preferred intensity level (1–20). Start low and gradually increase the speed as your muscles warm up.
Target the Muscle Area:
Gently press the massage head against your muscle, moving slowly along the area for 30–60 seconds per spot. Avoid staying in one place for too long.
