Return and Refund/Exchange Policy

SECTION 1. TERMS FOR PURCHASING A PRODUCT ON BESTMASSAGEGUN.COM

The products offered on bestmassagegun.com (“Site”) constitute an invitation for the customer to place an order with UCA LOGISTICS LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). When you submit an order on our Site, you make a binding offer to purchase the product(s) listed in your shopping cart.

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. This email only confirms that your order has been received — it is not an acceptance of your offer.

Your order is formally accepted when:

  1. We process the order,

  2. Prepare the item for shipment, and

  3. Send you a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information.

Once the product is delivered to the address provided during checkout, the sales contract is considered fully completed.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

UCA LOGISTICS LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, misuse of the Site, or violation of our Terms & Conditions. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers may purchase products using a valid credit or debit card through Shopify Payments. Membership is not required to place an order. All prices are final at the time of checkout and will be charged immediately.

We may use trusted third-party providers to process payments. In the event of payment delinquency, claims may be transferred to a collection agency together with necessary customer information.

You acknowledge that product listings may occasionally contain incorrect pricing or descriptive errors. If an order contains such errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.


SECTION 2. TERMS FOR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
UCA LOGISTICS LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages caused by wrong address entry

  • Additional shipping fees resulting from reshipment

If a second delivery attempt is required due to an incorrect address, the buyer must cover all associated shipping costs.

All products are fulfilled and shipped from the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping method is selected based on the most suitable rate and delivery time.

Shipping Timeline

  • Fulfillment Time: 1 business day

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping Region: United States only

  • Shipping Cost: Free on all orders

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and carrier delays.

If tracking information appears incorrect or delayed, customers should contact our customer service team for assistance.


SECTION 3. TERMS FOR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders may not be canceled once they have entered fulfillment.
Fulfillment may occur within hours after the order is placed.

If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we may allow cancellation at our discretion.

If cancellation is approved, a 15% processing fee may apply to cover costs related to:

  • Order processing

  • Packaging

  • Administrative handling

  • Payment processing fees not refunded to us by payment processors

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


SECTION 4. TERMS FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES (HYBRID POLICY)

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange under the conditions stated below.

A. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 30 days, we will provide:

  • A free replacement OR

  • A full refund

You must notify customer service within 14 days of receiving a damaged item.

Proof of defect may be required (photos, video, or explanation).

B. Incorrect Product Received

If an incorrect item is delivered due to our mistake, we will replace it at no cost.

C. Unused Products (30-Day Return Policy)

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

D. Used Products

Used products are not eligible for refunds, unless the product is defective as defined under our warranty policy.

E. Warranty

All massage guns include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, or modifications.

F. Return Labels

Return labels are not provided for refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

G. Disposal Authorization

You authorize UCA LOGISTICS LLC to dispose of or recycle any returned items that cannot be resold due to damage, defects, fraud, or promotional use.
